Becoming a Controller
If you’re interested in becoming a Controller, please apply for training through the VACC-CZ Portal!
Before you apply, make sure that you are part of the correct VATSIM region, division, and subdivision. Visit the Profile page on the My VATSIM portal to confirm your affiliation with “Europe, Middle East and Africa – Europe (except UK) – Czech Republic”. If you’re not part of the specified VATSIM region or division, simply click the Change region button to make the necessary adjustment. If you’re part of “Europe, Middle East and Africa – Europe (except UK)” but not in the “Czech Republic” subdivision, log in to the VATEUD Membership portal and request the change there.
Becoming a Visiting Controller

Becoming an AFIS Dispatcher
If you’re interested in becoming an Aerodrome Flight Information Service (AFIS) dispatcher, please get in touch with our Training Director at training@vacc-cz.org
Important Notice Regarding ATC Training
Becoming an Air Traffic Controller demands a substantial investment of time, patience, a strong desire to learn, and dedication to advancing your knowledge in aviation and air traffic control. You should also have a high level of English (and Czech) proficiency. If you meet these criteria and are eager to excel in this field, please apply for training through the VACC-CZ Portal!
